Web Accessibility Statement

Effective date: 19 January 2026
Last updated: 19 January 2026

Commitment to accessibility

Tech Generation Ltd is committed to making our websites and digital services accessible and usable for as many people as possible. This includes (where they link to this statement) our brand sites and services such as Tech Generation, Pressific, Fusion Bear, Clougency, and Biznific.

In the UK, service providers have a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people. We take that seriously and treat accessibility as an ongoing improvement, not a one-off task.

Accessibility standard

We aim for our websites to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA:

WCAG 2.2 (W3C)

What we do to support accessibility

We work to keep our websites compatible with common assistive technologies and accessible ways of browsing. Examples include:

  • Keyboard accessibility: key navigation, focus states, and interactive elements designed to work without a mouse.
  • Text scaling: content should remain usable when zoomed (for example up to 200% in most modern browsers).
  • Colour contrast: we aim for readable contrast for text and interface controls.
  • Headings and structure: pages are structured to support screen readers and easier scanning.
  • Links and labels: descriptive link text and clearer form labels where possible.
  • Alternative text: meaningful images aim to include appropriate alt text.
  • Responsive layouts: the site should be usable on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Known limitations

We’re always improving, but some areas can be harder to control, especially where third parties are involved. Examples may include:

  • Third-party embeds (video, social media feeds, booking widgets, etc.) where the provider controls the player or interface.
  • Some older content (for example legacy blog posts, media, or documents) that may not fully meet current accessibility expectations.
  • PDFs and documents that may not always be fully tagged or optimised for screen readers.

How we test and improve accessibility

We use a combination of checks to improve accessibility over time, which may include:

  • Automated checks (for common issues like missing labels, contrast, and structure problems)
  • Manual testing (keyboard navigation and common user journeys)
  • Spot checks with assistive technology (where appropriate)
